St Michael’s Jolly Elf Trail Run – December 8

The lone cross-country race in the entire Grand-Prix Series is the ever-popular St. Michael’s Jolly Elf Trail Run 5K. Now in its sixth year, the race will be held on Saturday, December 8, at Bond Park in Cary. In addition to the Competitive 5K, there is a One Mile Fun Run, a 200 Yard Kid’s Dash, and a contest to crown the most festively dressed runners.

In case the prize for festive attire didn’t tip you off, rest assured that St. Michael’s Jolly Elf Run is a decidedly holiday-themed running event. It includes a DJ, tasty treats, cheering elves, and the sound of bells ringing as runners make their way through Bond Park.

For safety reasons, pets, in-line skates, bicycles, and headphones are not allowed in the race. Also remember that parking at Bond Park is limited. So if you wish to park inside the Park, please arrive early and park in designated spots only. Additional parking is available at St. Michael church.

Saturday, December 1 – Registration opens at 7:15 am
